Always said you hated running, or think running is painful on the knees? Or perhaps you’re currently running, but would like to see improvements in form, or speed? This is for you.
Through analysis and basic form adjustments, we’ll help you learn life changing running technique, and the basics of strong running form.
DETAILS: 2 x 2hr group sessions, taking you from the track to the trail. Variety of levels welcome.

Always wondered if you can run an ultra marathon? Ultra running is a fast growing discipline, attracting a variety of ages and speeds.
Ultras are our thing, and over the past 5 years, ultra-running has become a huge part of our lives. As well as learning a lot along the way, we’ve met amazing people, run some jaw dropping trails, learned a lot about what the human body and mind is truly capable of, and experienced the craziest highs (and lows!), and we’re hooked.
We love helping people step into the world of ultra running, and it’s not as unattainable as you think…
